yet another photo appendix

sundry stuff that wouldn't fit or wasn't germane to the other posts...the rainy sky in the rural/suburban mishmash that makes up northwest indiana ( guess which i prefer )...the second photo shows the season is ending for the industrial corn as well...it has held on to part of its original make-up anyway...the rest are photos of the zea family that i am trying to adopt as my own..in photo three northern tepehuan teosinte on the left and a robust zea diploperennis to the right...the fourth photo is of teosinte and it descendant maize and the last one is of the two year old stand of zea diploperennis which may or may not survive another indiana winter...i hope so..i am prepared for the opposite.
