stuff around the yard
a quick wander around the yard this evening...there is a bird at work in the gourd birdhouse...i am wondering if the wren that was trying to commandeer my bee house has settled in...potatoes are bloming in the second photo and the third is of the burgeoning population of wild berries...zea mays parvaglumis is fourth and northern tepehuan teosinte is in the fifth ..the sixth is bogota market mashua and the seventh is mashua blanca...the eighth is pacific blue stem wheat followed by dwarf syrian in the ninth photo..tenth would be the gardener's favorite of the grains, emmer wheat and the last one is of hard red spring wheat...there will be more..it can't be helped.
an industrial worker and university student (everyone needs a hobby...my hobbies have evolved and, to keep things straight, i have left my formal student career behind for reasons that are too detailed to delve into here...continuing to be a student of life however and not adverse to learning...stasis is death ) sliding down the back side of middle age...a social loner with collectivist leanings...explain that.
