seeds, flowers, and a bee

a quick stop at the community garden finds both of my beds in fair order ( first and second )...there is some movement going on...the onion flower is finally starting to show some seed production towards the bottom of the bloom ( third ) so we can look at allium morphology a bit more closely...the jerusalem artichoke flowers are beginning to open ( fourth ) they do resemble sunflowers...only much smaller ( more morphology ) the carolina horsenettle continues to bloom copiously ( fifth and sixth ) and while i was there a honey bee was busy gathering from their blooms ( seventh through ninth )...i can hope this means fruits...certainly i will be looking
